From 7 to 10 March, the eleven selected producers, from 9 countries and 10 European radio stations, met together with their coaches for the first Mastercourse held at Deutschland Radio.
During the four-day intensive training, the young producers concentrated on the art of storytelling in the feature and on recording and interviewing techniques through lectures, case studies and practical exercises.
During the last day, producers met with their respective coach and discussed the topic of the personal feature they will develop during the Master School
